Vision:
Caring for each
other through prayer, support and care
The Caring Team's mission is to provide
spiritual, personal and relational support to the membership of
Johns Creek Presbyterian Church and the Johns Creek community.
Areas of focus of the Caring Team include, but
are not limited to, the following:
- Provide prayer support to members, family and friends and the
community at large
- Enhance the prayer life of congregants through educational
materials and retreats
- Coordinate pastoral care and counseling services
- Advocate Stephen Ministry and its ministry of personalized
care
- Coordinate meals for families in need during times of illness
through Meals and More
- Visitation ministry for those who are home bound or in assisted
living. The sacrament of Holy Communion is provided for those who
are unable to attend Sunday worship.
