Rev. Rachel Breyer Mulgrave joined the JCPC family in September 2024. Rachel was ordained as a Resident Chaplain at Emory University Hospital Midtown in December 2019 where she served as spiritual and emotional support for the NICU, Medical ICU, Ontology, and Sickle Cell Units. She then served as the Chaplain to both Philips Tower (Decatur, GA) and Calvin Court (Atlanta, GA), both of which are independent senior living facilities under Presbyterian Homes of Georgia. Rachel served a year long fellowship in Mission at Holy Cross Hospital (Trinity Health) in Silver Spring, Maryland before returning to Georgia to join the staff at JCPC.

She attended Fuller Theological Seminary before transferring to Columbia Theological Seminary where she graduated in 2019 and was the recipient of the Paul T. Furmann Award in Church History.
